I brought my dad’s bike in for a simple tune-up and tire/tube replacement, and it came back with completely spongy brakes that required pulling the levers almost to the handlebars just to stop. The brakes were perfectly fine before service. When I called, I was told it would cost more money to “fix” it because they “didn’t touch the brakes,” even though the wheels had been removed to change the tires and tubes. After bringing it back in, the explanation kept changing first it was yearly main...
Charlotte was amazing! She helped me find the perfect mountain bike and was patient with my kids.
Update: they no longer service Super Z73 to replace the tire tube. Overall great staff with many options for your biking needs.
Purchased a new bike there about a week ago. Charlotte was extremely helpful. I did not feel pressured and she answered all my questions. I will be back!
