These guys were awesome. Got me set up with exactly what I needed (rear tire brake pads), and even let me know that my cables still have decent life in them. Will absolutely be coming back, thanks for the good work Matt.

Lots of neat stuff here, but be prepared to spend a lot. Bikes were $3-4 K, tents about $200+ - $500+, etc. Looks like great quality. I'd go for something specific I might need, but not all my shopping. Just too expensive for us. Lots of meals that are dried and sealed close to $10. A piece.

I chose this REI because, although a bit expensive, they had a detailed list of repairs they could do on their web site and it's a name I know. So, I drove the 35 minutes to get there. The same list of repairs and prices was prominently displayed in the bike shop, but I was told they were not doing any bike repairs. They tried to send me to another REI that was 30 more minutes down the road - it was already inconvenient to get to this one. Do not advertise services you cannot perform!

It clearly stated on the work order that both sides needed work, but when I received the bike, only one side had been fixed. When I called to complain, they told me they could get the other side done at full price if I brought it in. While I normally try not to expect any kind of discount, the price difference would have justified me buying a membership to receive a discount on all ...
