I have a Trek bike and ride 20 to 25 miles every other day. This afternoon, I was out and ended up with a flat on my rear tire. I had seen this shop when riding the Cape Henry Trail so went there. Brian couldn't have been more helpful, repairing my tire right away. Customer service +++++ and the shop's owner and Brian are both Veterans. No wonder it was such a great experience. I highly recommend this bike shop and they will be my go-to for all future repairs.
Mark and Brian are amazing!!!!! I went in there for a flat tire today and they were quick, friendly and accommodating. I always have a wonderful experience and they constantly provide the best advice to continue my journey with my biking skills. Highly, highly recommend going there, they are an amazing family to have for the biking community.
I had a wonderful experience at Switching Gears Bicycle Shop. Brian was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took the time to educate me on different options and helped me select the perfect Sun bike to fit my needs. I truly appreciated his professionalism and friendly approach—highly recommend!
Switching Gears Bike Shop is Ace’s in my book. Being new to the area and biking, I found my experience with Brian a (bike tech) at the shop super informative and his recommendations on new tires for my wildwood was spot on!
Recently moved to the area and took my road bike in for a tune up. Shop was great and very knowledgeable. Brian took great care of my bike. Bike was fully cleaned and works great! Friendly atmosphere and great vibe. Will be back again.
