I bought mt beach cruiser 2 years ago great bike. I had trouble with the battery but they sent me a new one no problem. I just bought my Girl friend a pink beach cruiser and she loves it. I think this one might have a battery problem as well. We need to run the battery down one more time and charge it again. Hers is running out off power while mine still has 2 bars left..

I had absolutely terrible experiences ordering an e-bike from this company. They sold a defective item to me, then when I requested a return I was required to pay the return costs. Ordered some parts for the Catalina Beach cruiser, one came in and the other was missing. Was able to contact the owner and they really were helpful making sure that I got the part that I needed to get my bike back on the road. Got the part today and the bike has power again!
