Really nice and professional bike shop with high quality, basically brand new e-bikes. The staff were very funny and helpful, as someone who’s not very confident with wayfinding, I really appreciated the reassuring nature of their walk through and ended up doing a very nice and chill south loop ride. Unbelievable experience. I came over to Bainbridge Island for the first time on a beautiful sunny day in January. I didn’t know my way around or even how I would spend my time there. I stumbled upon a cool looking building that was Bainbridge Bike Co, and thought, “what a great idea”. I walked in and met Jeremy who told me about their e-bike rentals. I was disappointed to see the bike shop next to the ferry was closed for the season - HOWEVER, I found this absolute gem of a place. The staff were extremely welcoming and even more enthusiastic about the island, the bikes they were renting, and ensuring that I had a pleasant experience with them. Best bike rental experience!!! Specialized e-bikes were perfect for the hilly rides on the island. Beautiful bike! Included phone holder, waterproof panier for gear/supplies, bike lock and sightseeing loop stops that were easy to plug into Google maps! Couldn’t have been better!!!

Unfortunately I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was very professional and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. He gave me a map and tips on where to ride which was perfect. The e-bike was very sturdy and easy to use. Bainbridge Island is stunningly beautiful and I'll definitely be returning, thank you!!
