I have been going to Gregg’s since I was a kid. The quality of service has always been very high, whether it was getting fitted for and buying my Heckler in the early 2000s, getting my Schwinn Sting Ray and Peddle Power BMX bikes serviced in the mid to late ‘70s, or building my Tarmac. I always get treated like royalty and it’s a pleasure doing business with them.

Gregg’s always goes above and beyond —-for purchases but more important to me is how helpful they are when I bring my bike in for a question or problem. Their customer service for help and repairs is the best I have encountered.

Joe, the salesman we worked with was amazing. My son is just getting into mountain biking and I really don't know much about it, and he patiently and thoroughly answered every one of my dumb questions and helped us towards a great bike. He never tried to upsell us, but helped us find the best bike for the price point and experience level we were working with.
