We had a great experience with John at Birch Bay Bike Shop! He helped us get five kids fitted with the perfect bikes just before our family camping trip. He was incredibly patient- taking the time to adjust seats, move bells, and let the kids test out each bike. Thanks for making our trip extra special, John! We really appreciate you!

I've been to a lot of bike shops in the area, and this one is the best. You're going to get great service at affordable prices with a real personal touch. The owner actually cares about you and your bike. It's clearly more than just a business to him. I had what ended up being a very small job but he spent a lot of time making sure I understood my bicycle in a way that I didn't before.
