Seattle Electric Bike - Eastside

I rented an e-bike from them and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes and gave great trail recommendations in the area. I’m from Virginia so it was really reassuring renting from a local place that knows the area well. I had an amazing ride across the 520 and around Lake Washington. I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to rent or buy a bike!

My partner and I rented e-bikes from them on Saturday and we had a great experience from start to finish! I've never been on an e-bike before and we had planned a 40-mile bike ride to/from downtown Seattle. One of the employees, Kyle, was incredible to work with. He made it super clear on how to use them and even gave us a free upgrade to e-bikes with a longer battery life to ensure our bike ride went smoothly. We will absolutely be back if we are in need of renting out e-bikes!!

We had a good experience on both purchase and test rides. We got Tern Q9 and Tern S10 suggested by the awesome sale person Kyle. Kyle is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I came over just to check if my bike (somewhat uncommon model) can be maintained there (it can), and maybe do the Bosch software update (good pricing, totally worth stopping by just for that). As I was ready to leave folks there noticed I put my front fork wrong way. Besides being an embarassing mistake, this was plain dangerous because it impacts bike handing. Fixed it right there on the spot - and the bike feels way more stable now. Very grateful for the fix, and highly recommend the shop!
