Needed a bike pump and neither Walmart nor Ace had one of quality with a gauge. Matt quickly helped me when I arrived, explained the products he had in stock, and also considered further needs I might have when filling stroller tires. Paid $45 for a pump that will last a long while, and received quality service that makes me reconsider why ever searched the big retailers first…

I needed a brake repair on my e-bike, and it wasn't a small job(to me). Had a hard time finding a place to do it (or even a place that would answer the phone.). Small home town feel from store to staff. They answered all my questions and concerns and you can tell from talking to them that customer service is top priority, and with trek it's obviously a quality product. Very happy with my purchase and so are my kids. Can't wait to do more business with them in the future.
