Everytime I go into the shop or call these guys with questions about my bike, they have been great. They are friendly, knowledgeable humans who ride, and are willing to spend time with those of us on the bike maintenance leaning curve. Check them out!

Was looking to purchase a bike and ended up buying it. Turns out that model was out of stock. Next day I was contacted by Christaan and the issue was sorted out immediately on the phone. Would highly recommend buying a bicycle from these guys! The process is so easy and simple and the customer service is top tier! Will absolutely be biting another bike from them in the foreseeable future!

I very recently bought my first "real" mountain bike from this shop, and it was the best experience you could ever hope for! The staff were super helpful with all my questions, and getting bikes set up for test rides. Raj was especially helpful, setting up air pressure, and getting pedals on. Speaking of, Raj also suggested the color combo, and suggested his favorite pedal and grip combo(raceface chesters, and oneup grips) Everyone was super helpful, and i'm very grateful! If it were up to me...

I ordered from Ride Bicycles (Order #5604) and never received my package. USPS shows it as “Delivered,” but nothing was actually delivered to my address. The store refused to take responsibility and told me to deal with USPS myself, which goes against U.S. consumer protection rules. Very disappointing experience — I expected better service and accountability from a professional bike shop.
