Amped Adventure

So… we bought e-bikes! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ Two of them from Amed Adventure, and the experience was fantastic. Communication was smooth, the staff were knowledgeable, and the whole process felt easy from start to finish. We received our bikes in a very reasonable time—one even arrived before Christmas! These were our Christmas gifts to each other, and Santa definitely approves 🎅✨ Test rides were simple, pressure-free, and Gordon and his team really helped us make the right decision. Highly recommend!

Had my bike for 4 weeks. Paid over $100 for diagnostic. Didn't call or update me. I had to pester them. Finally went to pick it up as they said they couldn't get the problem resolved. My controller has been taken apart and the buttons harvested. This is "ready" to pickup?? Took 3 more days for them to put a "spare" controller on. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt but....

Not only do these guys know what they’re doing, they’re genuinely fantastic to work with. My bike was a mess, it’s an older model and needed a lot of love. Parts needed to be ordered, then there were some pretty creative fixes, all accomplished in a timely manner. My bike rides like a dream. Shifting is smooth and effortless , brakes are top notch. AND they gave me a trippy little loaner while the repairs were being made. I couldn’t be happier. These guys rock!

Folks here are very easy to work with. I bought a Lectric Xpedition 2.0 bike from them. They had the same price as buying from Lectric directly. I also got a free assembly from Amped Adventure and a free 3 years of labor charge coverage. Another note - While assembling the bike, they had discovered an issue with the shifter and promptly replaced it. I didn't have to contact Lectric for a warranty repair myself and wait on the parts to be shipped to me. Glad I found them as a Lectric partner.

fantastic experience. Great staff. I had the ebike voucher and they were prepared for me. Unlike other large box retailers whom I had a terrible experience with, I got what I wanted under the $1200 voucher and with some change to spare. Highly recommend. Padget(excuse me if I got the name wrong) was fantastic and she walked me through the process in under 10 minutes to order the bike I wanted.
