They charged me $1500 in freight and prep fees for a CFMOTO bike that I later found comes fully assembled from the factory and delivered for about $300. My fault for not doing enough research, but I feel like I was taken advantage of. Edit: since this business has now replied to say I’m incorrect, I’ll add some evidence. You can Google this for yourself too. If SBM needed to charge me to “ship it across the country” (from OR to WA they told me) they could have been upfront about that instead...

I started talking to them about a Honda pioneer 1000 right before Christmas. They located one right after New Year's,worked out the deal I was looking for and added few options. After they installed,and a very clean job at that. What a great group of guys.

Everyone there was nice and super helpful. I only docked a star because when I went in by myself as a woman, I was quoted about $1k more than when my husband went in asking about the same bike. Ladies, I hate to say it, but it's still a dealership. Respond accordingly.

What can I say after my fourth or fifth bike and two quads. Every time the boys at SBM are top notch. They treat my wife and I like family. Kevin and Joey and great friends who always put their customers first. They both go way above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys if you want a no nonsense purchase.

From walking in the door to riding out of the parking lot on a brand new 2024 Honda Goldwing I experienced customer service. Everyone was friendly and ready to help with answer any questions. I have to give a shout out to Joey for straight forward communication during the buying process. Additionally, everyone from sales, parts to finance were very supportive.
