An exceptionally knowledgable team committed to great service. They always go the extra mile to keep you rolling! For anything more complicated than a headset adjustment, or anything MTB specific or suspension-related, I drive an extra 45 minutes past two other shops to bring my bike to Infinity. They are legit.
I've had my bikes repaired here multiple times. They do a great job, they keep you posted on the cost and turn around time. Will continue to bring my bikes here.
It's been 2+ years since I've been part owner. Same staff and same great service. You would be hard pressed to find such a helpful, kind and most importantly, knowledgeable team of bicycle experts. Bless this shop and thanks for all the help since I'm no longer part of the team!
I left my cruiser unattended for a few years. It has two flat tires, loose chain, and it was overall looking awful. I brought it to Infinity and ask them to do their best to fix it up. I told them to do whatever they felt needed to be done. I expected the bike to be gone for 3-5 days, 3 hours after I dropped it off I got the call that it was ready for pick up. The bike is now in near-new condition and was done at a very affordable cost. We will be bringing all of our bikes here for service!
The clicking/creaking bottom bracket that was "fixed" wasn't. It cost $200, which included paying for an expedited part, and within 2 hours of riding the clicking was not only back but substantially louder. Very disappointed with the follow-through when I took it back. I expected a "let's make this right" attitude. Instead it felt very dismissive: "I don't know what to tell you, I did what I was supposed to do." Follow up: Wow. Clearly, as indicated by the owner's response, this was my fault...
