I took my bike here for service and REPEATEDLY emphasized that I did not want any frame damage while doing the repair. I was assured by the manager Dan Nordendale that my bike would be taken care of. Instead, my bike was chipped and nicked in numerous areas, causing more damage than 2 seasons at Silver Mt Bike park. On top of that, when I politely suggested (validly) that a small amount of time masking the area they were working on could have prevented the damage, I was cursed at and gaslit b...

I took my Specialized Tri Bike to the Valley store for service. They worked wonders on it, figuring out what was going on with the electronic shifters. Storm communicated very clearly and often and did great work. Will gladly take any work I need to them. Great people and service!

Joe at the Valley store was fantastic. The shifter on my tri bike was very stiff. It hurt my wrist to use it. I brought my trainer in and set my bike up so I could show Joe the problem. He worked with me for about an hour. He ended up switching the shifter with another one. It magically works now. Very smooth. I really appreciate the time Joe took with me to fix the problem. I’ve ridden my about 5 hours since and the bike rides great. Thank you.

Bought another bike from Wheel Sport in the Valley. My first e-bike. The guys there are top notch! Very knowledgeable, honest, great mechanics, kind, and great w/ customer service. Thanks guys! YOU ROCK!

Great customer service! They took care of a minor thing for me without charge, needless to say I came back for parts a few days later. Support this awesome shop. When I came back everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
