I received great service here at Tacoma Bike. I'm from Olympia, and none of the local shops really had the selection and brands I was looking for. Tacoma did, and seeing the bikes in person made all the difference in helping me make a decision. They also were very helpful and accommodating on a customer service issue I had that was no fault of their own, and handled it with grace and professionalism. Don’t go here! The staff is short sided, condescending, no idea on how to make sales nor help anybody who does not understand bikes feel comfortable with learning about bikes at their location. Try ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Had a great experience picking out my first e-bike here, very knowledgeable and kind staff. They assembled and attached all accessories (basket, lock mount, phone holder) to the bike before I left, I was able to ride it home the same day! Very fair prices, and a tune up 90 days after purchase is included, as well as what looks like reasonable service packages for future needs,

Excellent experience buying bike racks and gear at Tacoma Bike! I had to order online for my daughter in Seattle and they handled everything so well when the shipper messed up. I am looking forward to buying from Tacoma Bike when I am in the Seattle/Tacoma area.

The team at Tacoma Bike and ski did an outstanding job for my annual tuneup efforts both for my lovely brides specialized bicycle.and my couple of rides. The Cannondale Lefty got an upgrade on the brake system which works flawlessly fresh out of their shop.
