This shop is great! The people there are super helpful. They make sure the bike fits you well and they walk you through everything that you need to know in order for you to get going. The manager Ozzi was super nice and informative throughout the whole process. Mike, in maintenance, was super helpful when I needed to install the bike rack on my vehicle. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone!

I brought my bicycle in to adjust the front and rear derailleurs. Much my surprise, I was delighted that they finished the job in 1 hour. The staff that Woodinville Bicycle are friendly beyond words, and remarkably helpful.

Bought a bike 2-3 years ago, good sales experience, happy with the bike and their resolution of an issue with the front brake, rode it only a few times then stored it for a bit (unplanned). Their support after that point was really misleading. I had very different messaging and discussion with the sales associate on the phone (helpful and nice) vs the mechanic (who treated me like I was clueless and wrong without taking the time to hear me out to understand the issue with the same front brake...

Long-time customer - can't overstate how cool it is to have a great bike shop like this locally. They have a nice assortment of parts and gear, and the best thing is that getting an appointment for a repair or tune-up during the busy season is very reasonable. The turnaround on work is extremely fast. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Do not shop at this store. They talk to you like they are above you and you don’t know anything. Purchased a chain break to fix a chain this morning from this store. Took it home followed the instructions of use and the pin bent on the first link. Attempted to return the item and they would not take it back as it was “user error” and the tool was now a “used” tool. I asked to talk to a manager and he continued to say it was my fault for the pin bending, because I didn’t use it right. He conti...
