This family owned and operated company has been one of the best I’ve had the pleasure to work with! They are respected in the industry and some of the most hard working people there are - wouldn’t work with anyone else.
Top notch across the board. Excellent sales reps, huge product selection, lightning fast shipping, and the best customer service in the industry.
Employees are treated in ways you can not even imagine. My son worked there, the owners son threw a box at him for taking to long to close the door on a hot day so he wouldn't get warm, and the people in charge say things like shut the %@^! Up to them. Unreal..labor dept will be getting some calls on this establishment. #unethical
These guys are awesome, I picked up 120 packages from here while working with FedEx, they came out helped me load it all and had an amazing attitude the whole time.
The owner is super nice and honest. She spent time talking with me about what to expect when working with Olympic. If you have a bike shop in the Midwest, definitely consider reaching out to Olympic!
