Brought my bike in for a new gear cable yesterday. Jeff took care of it right away! I learned a lot about e-bikes, which he patiently told me about. Very reasonable price for replacement too. What a great bike shop! Way better prices than anything I’ve seen in Madison, and Jeff even kept the store open a little bit late to help me pick out a bike. Happy customer!
Drove from a neighboring state after seeing a carbon fiber Kona at a great price. After a short ride realized it wasn't the right bike for me. Jeff was amazing at making it right and helping me select a new bike for my gravel rides!
