Chase hooked me up with a new triumph at a very competitive price. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Parts department prices for air filters and oil filters were lower than I expected. I've bought from a lot of dealerships over the years, I think to date this was my best experience yet. Chase did an excellent job!!! He didn't pressure us into anything. We went in with the intent just to look. We really didn't know what we were looking for except we were looking for a second machine. We ended up buying a Polaris ranger crew for our touring utv. Which the machine was good to go by Sunday for a utv ride that we were going on. Alex the fiance lady was amazing as well!

The salesperson, Todd, was very friendly, and the finance representative was also pleasant to work with. However, my overall sales experience wasn’t what I had hoped for. There was no flexibility on the machine’s price or any deal offered for installing a winch. I ended up paying full price, with only $100 off the installation.
