This shop and their customer service is amazing! Brian helped fix my son’s e-bike after it arrived damaged to my house from another vendor. He would have not been able to enjoy the bike on his birthday if it wasn’t for this bike shop. Thanks Freeride Bike Co! Affordable, friendly service, locally owned small business 10/10 highly recommend!
1st time bringing my Electra Beach Cruiser bike here. Terry was super helpful when I dropped it off and even more helpful at Pick-up! My chain had broken, I needed new handle foams and a full gear tune-up. My bike was in pristine condition at pickup! Terry adjusted my seat for me and made sure I rode it in the parking lot to make sure I was comfortable on it. He then helped me load the bike into my suv. A+ service I 💯 recommend this shop! Thank you, Terry!

They always have a good variety of bicycles and they let you test drive them in the parking lot. I went there today because I had a flat tire. The owner seems to always be there which is nice. He worked on my bike immediately. He was able to change out my bent fork on the front of my bike and replace both my tires and got me a new tube while I was waiting. Hi...
A few weeks ago when I was at the Freeride Bike Company I saw a bike brought in and needed a lot of love. It was just your normal sidewalk bike was need of some love. The owner looked over everything and said, the repairs and swapping out of everything will be more than a new bike. Would you like to look at a new bike instead? They said yes and I thought about that, the bike shop could have charged parts and labor and made profit but they decided to ask the customer it might be better if you ...
