Global Bikes & E-Bikes - Gilbert

They specifically seem to focus on Trek bikes. I got mine for a fair price, not great, not bad. The sales people were very friendly and helpful but did try to up-sell a little bit. I love the bike I got though it was a couple days late. Trek bikes are fantastic and generally well priced.

Went to get my bike fixed and the guy was so helpful. Half of it he fixed infront of me and didn’t charge the other half he gave us advice on how to fix since they were about a week 1/2 out. He even offered to help us take the part that was broken off so we can use it now. I appreciated how patient and helpful they were will be using them for all future bike needs.

I wanted to acknowledge the great customer service we had at the Gilbert store. Eric greeted us immediately and assisted us in finding the correct size bike for our daughter. This is the second time we purchased a bike from this location and had a great experience. Thank you Eric!!!

Amazing bikes, friendly staff, I have my bike fleet serviced and purchased here. I have never had better service as a customer. My recommendation for Global Bikes is that you can never go wrong with this location. I actually purchased 2 ebike fleet here as well, the fleet is special needs adult owned, all my fleet is very well kept and maintained. Never had a problem. Thanks again for your services. I knew what bike I wanted when I walked in but Eric took the time to show me and let me ride a large and extra large frame. Once I found my fit and selected the bike he brought it back to the mechanic to inspect and give it a final tune up as I was paying. I was out of there in no time. Very efficient!
