Good people work here we bought a Giant and Liv about 3k, great experience! Friendly, informative and guide through process to buy. Don't judge by your level of expertise and try to guide you to get best within your parameters. Only challenge I had was get honest expert opinion for changes I was making. I bet more experienced people get offended, but newb like me ask your honest opinion and expertise, I shouldn't pry it out of you. Thank you again, we'll be back! 🚲🚲

I brought my 2014 TREK X-Caliber in for a tuneup as I ignored maintenance for a few thousand miles. I randomly ask upon drop off if I could upgrade the front forks to better dampers, which turned into me asking to also replace the tires, pedal set and upgrade the brake rotor. Braxton did not at all try to upsell me on this stuff, I was just being a guy and being impulsive. A week later my bike is upgraded and rebuilt! These guys are awesome, made me and my wife feel comfortable. Bought my wife a LIV Tempt 27.5 and a talon 27.5 for myself. Wish I bought my son's bike here instead of gordys, they have free lifetime adjustment and the guys here are just down to earth and friendly. Very cool people that can actually answer your questions. Outstanding local bike shop. They offer free tuneups for life if you buy a bike. Got a problem with your current bike? Bring it here for reasonable prices on fixing them too.
