This is hands down the best bike shop on the west side. They are the most experienced mechanics in the area an I would not take my Yeti anywhere else. Will and the crew are 100% focused on customer service. They will not sell you a bunch of unneeded expensive services that many of the shops will push on you; and if they don't believe the service you requested is going to fix the issue, they will flat out tell you so you don't waste your money.
