Global Bikes & E-Bikes - Mesa

I’ve been very impressed with Global Bikes as a brand. I started calling the Gilbert location and tested a couple bikes there and although they didn’t have the class 3 ebike I wanted in full suspension they recommended and found one at the Mesa location. Just picked up my bike. Needed everything checked and tune up on it and mind you it is brand new only had it for a week. Got it back with the brakes not stopping (rolling stop). So the tech told me cause the brakes are outdated. Didn’t make sense cause the bike is brand new. So I will not be taking another bike to them. Charged to much to not the what I wanted.

These guys rock. I’ve never had such an awesome experience. Reinstalled my faith in Bike shops. Just came in looking for a saddle bag and they helped me with my cassette that was missing a spacer and fixed my stem that i didn’t even know was loose. Don’t go anywhere else!

Missed the last two holiday parades because of flats just before the parade started. On 11/25 I took the destroyed tube to Global. The service there is outstanding. While waiting for my turn I had a chance to look around. Noticed they also had tires that might just fit my vehicle. Bought 4 tires and two heavy duty tubes.
