I started coming to this bike shop for service and gear about 1.5 years ago after purchasing a Roubaix. I never got a warm, welcome, fuzzy feeling from the staff working here, but continued to bring my bike in for service as this is the closest bike shop to my house. I would schedule a service appointment per shop requirements (usually about 1/2 a week to 1 week out from time of call), then bring my bike in on the service date, and still wait at least another week before service would be comp...

Top notch service from the guys at Specialized Mesa. Worked with Dale in particular who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help get me back on the trails asap. One of the better experiences I’ve had with a bike shop in AZ, will visit these guys in the future!
