Would leave 0 stars if it was an option. Was excited to check out this bike shop but it’s across town so called to ask a simple question and the guy on the other end was sarcastic and made me feel stupid. Won’t be shopping there

I visited 5 Points Bikes for parts and found the selection lacking and the prices excessively high. The customer service was unfriendly.

I brought my cruiser bike to 5 points to replace the crank assembly and Mr. Silas was able to remove it replace the components and do a tune up in a very short amount of time for a very reasonable cost. Most of all I appreciated how friendly and welcoming Silas is. I will definitely go back and support this local bike shop.

Owner was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly honest! While other bike shops tried to charge me 100.00 and up just to replace my son's rear bike breaks. The owner took a quick look and had it fixed within10 min, for a fraction of the cost. I truly recommend 5 points to any bicyclest beginner or professional. Bike rides great now. I will diffenitly be going back for ALLLLL my future bikes and accessories.
