I had a fantastic experience at Ben’s Bikes today! I got a flat at the start of the Julian Wash. I called Uber and they took me to Ben’s. His staff was very friendly and had my flat fixed quicker than a “NASCAR pit stop”. I bought the FUMPA pump with PSI readings. I meant to buy this earlier this year because this is a must have pump for any cyclist. Ditch the cartridges and get this pump from Ben. Ben's Bikes went above and beyond. Very reasonable repair on one Ebike. Replaced a part that I thought was defective on the second bike, only to find out it wasn't defective. Put the old part back on and reset the computer. Completely functional at no cost. Highly recommend 👌

I’ve been working with Frank at Bens Bikes on bike fits and training tips for some time now, truly a huge difference! From trying to survive rides to podium finishes more recently. Frank is technical and precise in his bike fits, listens to your feedback for a personalized and professional fit, also able to break things down and explain the “whys” in understandable ways. The seat mapping is an invaluable technology thats made a world of difference for me finding the correct saddle and saddle...

All they want to do is upsell you and can't seem to be able to fix a simple bike chain. I brought in a bike for a simple chain repair. They "fixed" it, I tested the bike in the parking lot, didn't make it across the lot. Three times! Took my bike to Campfire Cycling in downtown Tucson, they fixed it in one go. Did the 1/2 tour with no issues. Been about two years and the chain still hasn't fallen off. No thanks to these jerks.

My experience is unrelated to the store itself, although I have shopped there multiple times and received excellent service. However, today I was in Tucson and was riding from Saguaro National Park to Colossal Cave, when my bike sustained a serious slice in its rear tire. Fortunately, it was only a 4-mile walk to my vehicle. More fortunate still was my encounter with Ben's Bikes. Ben drove by in his van, noticed me, turned around, and offered me a ride. I extend my sincere gratitude to Ben fo...
