Campfire Cycling staff and mechanics are some of the friendliest and hard working people around! I've gotten some work done here to ensure my modifications are done correctly and to perform maintenance with tools I don't have. The mechanics have been nothing but quick, wonderful, and helpful when it comes to services I need. Without hesitation, the mechanics always let me know what work they've done, demonstrations of completion, and any routine maintenance items that would need my attention...
Just bought a Salsa Cutthroat on line from these folks. I have owned and operated tourism businesses in Alaska for the last 40 years. The best businesses I have seen succeed with a laser focus on excellence in customer service, this focus is clearly evident at Campfire. In the brief time I spent with Sarah in sales and Toby in the shop I felt I was dealing with trustworthy, talented people that would stop at nothing to make sure I was satisfied. Good Stuff. I'm glad I'm not competing with them.

(To be fair to Bike Friday, they have rebuilt my 10 year old b...
Great people. Brought my bike in for a tune up after years of not using it. They didn't oversell me on wjat I needed and did a great job at a fair price. The bike rides perfectly now.
They were great to me. No snobbery at all. There’s a bit of open space up fro t including a table to talk bikepacking. I was able to swap out a tubeless tire and use their compressor no problem. Highly recommend.
