Love my Tern Vektron Q9 folding e bike! Spent a long time considering all the different options to carry an E bike in a campervan. As a female in my 60s I can’t, and don’t want to, lift the over 60# bikes. I’m amazed how well it can fit inside my van and a cover keeps it clean and tidy. Great service went in to get a bike tube for my bike. Gave me a great deal on a bike. I was looking at. I’ll have to go back when the funds are there.

I tired out a product and absolutely hated it. I emailed them and they said they could work something out. It was fairly expensive and they got me for a 25 percent restocking fee which I thought was a great deal. I was expecting alot less. I have been to just about all of the bike shops in town and have encountered nothing but ultra snobby douchebags. Not this place. Customer service and fairness is alive there.

Only fault is hard to know. It is very professional about Tannus products but it was very difficult to know through search internet. Maybe luckily i had flat tire problem and it was the closest bike repair shop. I heard that they even have mini-velo one's bike tire protector.
