Oro Valley Bicycle – Sunrise

I have dealt with Oro Valley bike shop at sunrise several times in the past. They have always treated me more than fairly. This time, they got my bike in for a couple of critical adjustments, and provided same-day service. The work that was done was perfect.

Incredible bike shop. Best in Tucson! I had a flat tire and the guys took my bike in, fixed it and got us back on the road with a smile! They were very busy but yet honored me to take great care of my situation. I'll NEVER go to another bike shop in Tucson!

I have only had my bikes serviced at this shop. I’ve never purchased a bike there. So I can only speak oftheir service department, which is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, prompt, and the service is affordable. I’ve been to several bike shops over the years where the technicians are condescending. I’ve never experienced that at this shop.

My daughter‘s bicycles had issues. Needed a new chain, shifter cables, and a few other important adjustments. Colin greeted me. I had a fabulous experience with Oro Valley Bicycle today. I brought my bike from them almost 4 yrs ago and it needed service. They were prompt and workout hesitation were able to help me within 24 hrs.
