Very professional and reasonably fast service. I got their peak tune up and my bike is riding smoother and easier than it has since I first bought it. Looking forward to returning here in the future for service.
My husband and I ordered two Velotric Discovery 2’s through Pima Street Bicycle and had a great experience. Paul, the owner and his team especially Matt were super responsive and helpful. They put the bikes together and went through them with us very thoroughly. We received outstanding service from Pima Street Bicycle and will definitely return to them for service, maintenance and potential future purchases. Thank you Pima Street Bicycle!

When I got there a gentleman from the back (not who I originally talked to ) came out to look at the bike in the back of my truck l. He did not even touch it or pick it up or take...
