Waited outside of this shop until they opened up and was excited to build a new bike. Im on a cross country tour and had my bike and all of my belongings stolen. Five star service, I got an even cooler bike than the one I thought I wanted because Jenna and her staff know their ish. Their support for Tucson orgs makes it feel hyper local and supportive of our community. Bonus points for zero bro vibes would put them at 5+ stars.

Jenna and her team took excellent care of my bicycles needing repair! Not only was the staff thorough and communicative in their initial inspection, but they also finished the repairs remarkably quickly! They had my bikes riding smooth and easy in just hours. I can't recommend Transit enough!
