I've ordered two motors from this gentleman and both times I've been very pleased with them I have no complaints whatsoever you've been very helpful. Great customer service product has been good haven't had any problems with it. I would purchase anything from him again

I have purchased three bikes from James at U-MOTO. Out of the box all three ran superb. I have ran thousands of miles on U-MOTO built bikes and the few times i have had a problem James was there with unparalleled technical support, he stands by his product if any product has factory defects he will make it right. Case in point i had purchase a sweet PK-80 2 stroke from him it had a defective bevel wheel it had stripped i contacted U-MOTO James had me one the next day at no charge. Quality pr...

This is not a bicycle shop, and they do not sell motor kits. This is an ace hardware with individual pieces of bike motors for sale. No motor kits unless you want to special order them. Complete false advertising. Joke of a store. Joke customer service. Go ANYWHERE else if you can. And the website is b.s. as well. Phone number is a guy named Jim. Jim said he'd call me back about the motor kits. Never did. No surprise there. All in all, this was a waste and a wasted bike ride. Can't get my ti...

I was sent the wrong frame and the motor was silver not black as advertised, Jim was slow to send another bike and the kit was incomplete cost another $60.00 to get the missing parts. I have had the bike almost a year and still have not ridden it. Big wast of money time and effort. Would advise you to buy elsewhere.

He sells the lowest quality motor going got two from him not one but two n they both was broke within a month. The housing around the piston broke. He was very rude about it. He over chartered me from his own price on website. I pad $500 dollars for a bike that lasted a month. Save ur time n money n go somewhere that has good product. Jim is very rude when I tried to talk to him about it.I called n was trying to talk to him he was running a air ratchet every time I talked. Bottom line I got a...
