Wonderful Online Experience My son has been saving money for a full suspension bike. To be honest, so was I. 5 star bike shop, no doubt about it. Unreal selection from major brands. I’m a bigger guy so finding a bike sized for me in van and metro has been challenging. Pulled up and found myself a stellar new gravel bike that works perfectly for me. The guys were super helpful, but didn’t feel too pushy at all. Overall made the bike buying process feel super fun, personal and smooth. How it’s meant to be. (The Aussie bloke was especially good!) Definitely recommend. Cheers guys, will be back soon!

Great bike store! Service today from Willem and other staff was excellent. Got a new bike for my son with all the necessary accessories from helmet to lights AND they offered to mount the accessories which I’ve never experienced at other bike shops. Top notch service.

I ordered some stuff online. Accidentally ordered the wrong coil for my shock, and they did the swap out no questions asked, even sent the replacement spring before I sent back the old one - trusting me to send it back. Outstanding customer service, highly recommend shopping with them no matter where you live in Canada.

Fantastic experience with my purchase of BMC TeamMachine SLR. Particularly Alicia has been instrumental in my purchase, by taking accurate pictures of the bike and saving lots of commute time. She helped me with my handlebar upgrade as well. Dunbar is definitely high on my bike shop list.
