I recently purchased a bike from North Park, and after shopping at most bike shops in Victoria, I have never had a better experience with a bike shop in my life! Their staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, and the service is top notch. They don't try to over sell you products or give half-baked recommendations. They are very honest, genuine, and hard working people that I'll trust with all my further bike-related needs. As someone who can be anxious going into stores looking for ad...
A very pleasant experience going here to get my trusty steed repaired. Lovely knowledgable people who got the repair done within the same day! Not super pricey either. Extremely genuine and personable staff. Shoutout to Tara (I think) for being so friendly and reassuring, and going the extra mile to ensure I would be safe on my bike! Appreciate you guys!
Wow, what a great experience! The staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, approachable, and low sales pressure. You can feel their passion for bikes! They were eager to have us hop on some bikes and take them for a test ride. We came back 3 times and spoke to the staff and tried out different bikes, and ultimately bought 2. We're super happy with our experience here, and we can't recommend them enough. We've had some off-putting experiences at other bikes shops, so we were happy to give North...
North Park Bike Shop! What a spot! Amazing help from a very friendly group of people. Joe and his team were awesome in helping me get set up with a new Marin Gravel Bike. All had an Incredible amount of knowledge about their products, and helped me to get on the right bike. Above and beyond that they provided a very quick turn around getting the bike set up and ready for pick up to get out riding ASAP. Thanks a million! Will be back for sure! Make sure to head to North Park if you’re lookin...
Awesome service at North Park Bike Shop! Excited to be bringing my bike into this shop for my Victoria riding tune-up needs now. Everyone was very friendly and down-to-earth. Will be coming back!
