When I called to check in at 15:00 the fellow at the desk said the roof racks were installed & my car was ready for pickup. So, I zipped over on my bike to grab my car & return to work. However, it wasn't ready, & required another 40 mins to finish. Lucas was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick and install a perfect roof rack and car top carrier system to meet our needs (we had done no prior research). All parts were in stock. He was able to thoughtfully answer all of our questions. In and out the door all in one hour, including installation. Pleasant, friendly, approachable, and skilled.
