Ryan at Russ Hayes Victoria was amazing to deal with. I went in several times asking questions, looking for advice and really just wanting to make the right purchase for my needs. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Mike Korbe is a pleasure to deal with. Purchased two Specialized bikes and there was a bunch of questions from us, test rides etc. all answered and explained. Russ Hay's is all customer service.
Unparalleled customer service. Honest advice and they will always back their word! Im from the lower mainland, I save all my bike needs for when I come to the island. They really cannot be beat!
Ryan has been amazing helping our family find and set up our bikes! Great service, super friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The whole team at the shop has been great - our puppy greatly appreciated all the attention and cuddles. Highly recommend.
