This was one of the only bike rental shops open on Sunday (from our research). They are very COVID friendly (sanitizers and masks) and the staff are efficient and knowledgeable. The bike rental process was very straight forward and they provide helmets, repair kits and map with the rental. The bike itself was light and easy to ride. Excellent competent service. I really appreciated that Matt (manager) knew his stuff and was able to resolve my boot sizing issue.

Recently while having my Marker Kingpins remounted I learned that Costal Ski and Snowboard mounted them incorrectly when I originally had them do the mount. The toe piece was at an angle to the centerline of the ski, and the ski crampon adapter was mounted incorrectly lifting the back of the toe piece off the ski by 2mm. Staff are quick tempered and rude. Can’t believe this is still open. Can’t wait to see what replaces this once Reliance Properties kicks them out. I’m still so mad about this experience 4 years later.
