We love our local bike shop! The whole team is always quick to say hello when we come in and they are always happy to share their expertise - without being pushy. They’ve always been helpful and ready with answers or suggestions, whether it was for our kiddo’s first bike or my first bike in 20 years. The work they’ve done for us for tune ups and customizations is always great. This team is the best, we highly recommend Straight Up!
Thank you to the amazing staff at Straight Up Cycles for helping me find exactly what I was looking for in a new bike. The courteous, passionate and knowledgeable staff were so patient, answered alllllll of my questions and built me a beautiful bike for a great price. I LOVE my new bike! Shop local, cycle happy 😄
ive been a customer with straight up for the past 4 years. the staff are friendly and knowlegeable and service is prompt and priced fairly. the shop has that old school atmosphere and displays old vintage bikes along with modern gravel, road, mountain and e-bikes. check it out, you wont be disappointed
There are many bike shops in Vic but this one is by far the best . Expert service at a fair price but more importantly,, a very friendly staff who make this place a meeting spot for all biking enthusiasts from beginners to experts. Highly recommended 👍🏻
I’ve had an amazing experience every time I’ve brought my bike in. I know I’ll be in good hands whether I run into Kip, Roberto or anyone else. I wouldn’t bring my bike anywhere else to be serviced and I’m grateful to Straight Up Cycles for all their help!
