Wonderful experience at Jax in Long Beach. Very nice store with exceptional staff. Andy was incredibly knowledgeable about the bikes I was interested in and helped me find the correct size and seating position setup. We went on multiple test rides and I am very thrilled with the purchase. Their service, attitude and store are world class, I highly recommend to purchase a bicycle from them!

About all I know about bicycles is that they have two wheels. In the past two weeks, I needed two different parts. One seat replacement and one for a quick connect hub part. The employees greeted me with warmth, and after asking my neophyte questions, they helped me without hesitation. I appreciate their attitudes and kind service.

I took a bike in to Jax Bicycle Center to see if they could repair a damage chainring on a TREK bike. They were able to fix it in a day. I ended up also buying a bike rack for my car. Great service. Friendly and professional.
