Big thanks to Manager Alber for the tour. The store is spotless—nothing like your typical bike shop. Even better, it’s a chain with six locations across California. Tons of bikes to choose from, and Black Friday deals are already live. Awesome shop!
Bought a new battery charger and spare inner tube from this place a couple days before it officially opened up. The owner (Albert) was absolutely helpful in ordering it online, so what ever he doesn't have in stock, he will go to the ends of the earth to order whatever it is that you need. E-bikes, repairs, tune ups, & accessories are offered here.
Really nice guy helping us, he taught us how to charge our e bike and how to use it. Really great store I recommend buying here.
I am really big on customer service, and I got the best customer service and in the short time the owner helped me, he also taught me something. I am really appreciate and I'm grateful for the lessons and experience.
