Mike’s does a great job with the new bike selling process, including test rides. Service quality also has been great, though wait times can be long. Overall, they’re a great neighborhood bike shop.

A very California bike shop. Relaxed and helpful. Bought a few small items. Cap t-shirt stickers etc and not over bearing ie. trying to sell you a bike the second you get in the shop. Also very helpful with lunch advice! Los Gatos meats absolutely perfect after a day in the trails.

I was looking for an e-bike, and I am glad I found Mike's Bikes! The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and gave me ample time to consider all options. We made an appointment for a test ride two weeks later. At that time, I was able to test drive two models, just to see which one I liked best. Eventually I picked the one in the photo.
