The final bill was higher than the initial estimate, and pricing transparency was lacking. - After servicing my child’s bike and my gravel bike, the child’s drivetrain performance very mediocre, and the gravel bike’s crank-arm repair looked questionable. - The advice to avoid rough ride for a gravel model wasn’t helpful. - I hope the shop adopts a clearer estimate process and higher-quality workmanship in the future.
I bought my beautiful bike here a month ago when I moved to Oakland. I had a little problem with my brakes and my wheel came out of alignment so I went in. I’m sure they’re fine for most jobs and I appreciate their existence for the community, but p...
