We’ve been going to Sampson’s Ski & Snowboard Shop for years and have always been treated so well. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. Today was no different — they went above and beyond once again. Always such a great experience. Highly recommend!

I meant to write this a few months back. Dropped in bike shopping here for something Canadian and ended up liking the Growlers but they didn't have an XL frame on the floor. The folks working took the time to assemble the bike the same day while I ran other errands. On my return they let me take it around to block to confirm I liked it (I liked it very much so). Excellent Experienced Staff. They were very helpful when Yakima mistakenly sent me the wrong parts. Dean made sure I was taken care of. When I bought my 18 cu. ft. Skybox and rack, Trent helped me and made sure I'd installed it correctly. Highly recommended. Great shop. Great people.

Great experience purchasing new cross-country skis and boots. Picked up warmer ski mitts too. Hot waxed the new skis while I tried on mitts. Skiing by that afternoon!!
