Outstanding Experience at Carter Powersports – Ask for Hugh! We had an absolutely amazing experience at Carter Powersports, and a huge part of that was our guy Hugh. From the second we walked into the dealership, Hugh was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He supported us through the entire week-long shopping process, answered every question we had, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Hugh went above and beyond helping us choose the perfect dirt bikes, walking us ...
We purchased a new Polaris RZR from Carter Powersports this week. We started the process via phone as we live in Bullhead City, AZ. Our sales rep, Noah, was outstanding. He’s honest, professional and highly communicative. Every question and/or request was answered promptly. Brian the sales manager, went the extra mile to inform us of a $250 merchandise credit that we had no idea even existed. We used it in their store to purchase an accessory for our RZR. Awesome local shop! Noah was super friendly, welcoming and made things really easy. They had a new bike I was interested in and responded quickly to my message. Noah and I chatted briefly over phone and text. Agreed on a price that he and finance honored when I came in. I was in and out in maybe an hour. And they delivered the bike to my house same day. 100% recommend if they have something you’re interested in! Great experience, and absolutely love the bike.
Carter Powersports is my go-to place if I need a tough job done right. The service guys are professional, courteous, and thorough. Big thanks to everyone in the service department who have worked with my '06 SV1000S over the years! (Forks replaced, chain replaced twice, tires twice) & they always bring the bike out washed and shiny 👍🏻
My Kawasaki Mule with very Low hours stopped running about 1 year ago. I like to do my own repairs and learn the nuances of my machines and vehicles. I had purchased an extended warranty and assumed it had run out. After checking all electric and fuel components the Mule would still crank but not start. I took it to a local shop as I live pretty far from Vegas. They couldn’t Identify the issue. I took it to Carter Powersports told them my concerns and efforts. They had an idea in a day. Shot ...
