I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I’m out of town, but saw they had I bike I wanted to buy. After emailing my questions, Rob responded and set up a time to chat on the phone. He answered all my questions and then some! After submitting my order, Rob had the bike shipped to me. It arrived well packed without any issues. Hutch really took the time to make sure I was getting into the right bike, right size between the two Niner models (Jet and Rip) that I was looking at. I got a spectacular deal (almost half off retail) on a demo that was used at outer bike. He even delivered it to my house! Incredible knowledge and service

Great deal on parts, great communication, and fast shipping. Rob even had a used pair of Favero Assioma pedals I had been looking for. All in all for new and like new parts I saved a chunk of money (saved approximately $280). Hutch's will be one of my go to shops for parts.
