I usually support the local bike shop wherever I'm traveling, but they were all closed late on a Sunday afternoon and I needed help getting my new tires to seat before my morning ride. Daniel at REI was the bomb!!! He spent so much time helping me get ready to ride and even shared some trail tips for my visit. If Daniel's boss is reading this, give that boy a raise!! Seriously, as good as any LBS I could have found. Thank you!

My first time visit was really sweet here.I brought it an e bike.I didn't even buy from the store.And I explained to the guy that the e.Bike is my main transportation.He fixed it right there for free I'm not gonna say I expect free work from them but that was really really nice I'm definitely gonna remember it

I know there are other people who had a good experience with this, but we unfortunately, did not. Very poor customer service and professionalism. I will never go back.

We had a good experience with Kyle and Kate(?) Picked up some pedals and they helped me install them. They provided some recommendations.

I would recommend this shop for anyone who has kids. They are a quick stop bike shop with the necessities. Honest and helpful. The shop could use a little more organizing.
