Refused to honor their online price on a set of brakes. Canceled my fully paid for oder and jacked up the price of the brakes instead of just fulfilling the order. Thats not how you do things.

This place is great! They helped me restore an old cruiser that had sentimental value to me. They were extremely knowledgeable and the owner Mike was very kind and helpful. I 💯 recommend this place for your bicycle needs, and will definitely be returning when I need something. Thanks Vault! Thanks Mike!

I've taken my sons bikes here a ton of times. Everybody is super nice and knowledgeable. Service is relatively quick; I think the longest we've ever waited for repairs was 1 week. I have another bike shop that's closer to my house but those people have been rude multiple times when I went in, so now I drive the extra 30 min to go to The Vault.

Can not speak enough kind words about these guys. They have always provided the best service for me. Assisting with building out my specialty build. They have been able to order anything I have needed and in a timely manner. I love also they are right around the corner.
