Finger Lakes bicycle was really great to work with. They provided a little orientation to e-bikes since it was the first time for me. They had great communication and were super flexible when I needed to change dates because I had messed up my dates, and then had to change pickup times due to weather. My boyfriend and I rented electric bikes here while staying in the Finger Lakes area. Bob was very friendly and accommodating and was able to drop off and pick up the bikes at our hotel. The bikes were a ton of fun to ride around the canal trail and the price to rent was very fair. It was one of the highlights of our trip and we definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience. After purchasing bikes online via the Magnum website, we realized the bike purchased for myself was not the right bike for me. Bob worked with us to ensure that I got a bike that I was comfortable riding. Great customer service, highly recommend!!!
