Trek Bicycle Geneva

From start to finish, this was hands-down one of the best experiences I have had at a bike shop. I had 2 bikes shipped from Moab, UT. When we arrived to pick them up, our bikes were reassembled and fully tuned up...in fact, they looked brand new! Trek was also having a customer appreciation event. We even got to compete in the "slowest bike race" (which was right up my alley!) and spin a wheel for some great savings on our other purchases. Will definitely return for all bike needs here in...

Visited again for a tune-up. Customer service is amazing! Each person I worked with was very helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist me. Even so far as helping me while staying past closing time. Highly recommend stopping in here for any purchases or services that you might need.

I have shopped at other bike shops but the service I received from David was far above and beyond any other. I’m a fan of Trek products and have been riding Trek bicycles for years. However, the customer service, knowledge and attention to detail that I receive from the Geneva store team is what keeps me coming back.

Suzanne and the team at Geneva Trek are wonderful! I had my bike serviced the day before Musselman and they got my bike ready in only a couple of hours! As locals, my fiancée and I also love the group rides and challenges all year long! They’ve provided us with so much support getting ready for Musselman and couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you!!

Stopped in yesterday morning with a broken spike was immediately taken care of and out the door 20 minutes later. As we live 45 minutes away this was greatly appreciated rather than have to leave and pickup another day. Always a great experience at Trek Geneva. First class run bike shop!!
